I love being a coach because I believe in the process and know that it produces results much faster than going it alone.
“Iron sharpens iron”. I bring to my coaching over 20 years of experience in the areas of business ownership/management, employment consulting, career/life coaching, recruitment, and staff development.
I have a personal relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ, and my coaching is based on Biblical principles. Because of my training in coaching, communication and listening, I ask the relevant questions that trigger learning, forward movement, and goal achievement.
My coaching qualifications and professional affiliations include the following:
